This is perfect, I hate the tube spinning. I prefer it to not move. Do you know the thrust ratio on this gun? Thx
i just started a job as a window installer so ive been trying out different guns and was able to grab this for ten bucks at the local Ace. Out of the 4-5 guns ive tried, including a decent $24 Kobalt gun, its the one that i have the least drip issues with, basically zero drip. I like the idea of it becoming compact as the tube goes down but i have found that way more often the gun is too short for comfortably getting up top. overall i like it and think its a great innovation, maybe we will see something inbetween this and a classic caulk gun at some point.

I got one for resealing timing covers and oil pans on Ford vehicles, the negatives he points out won’t be an issue for me luckily, I won’t need to spin the tube and will only be using TA357 silicone 👍🏻
